CCCRN implemented the CDC-funded CCFN 4GATES project through a subaward to support accelerated HIV service saturation and epidemic control in Imo State. The project used community differentiated service delivery approaches to provide client-centred drug refill and laboratory services to people living with HIV. More than 120 community case workers were engaged to decentralize HIV care, simplify service delivery, reduce barriers and stigma, and improve retention in care.
